Your Way to Stay Up to Date With All the Rec Happenings

Water Aerobics use the power of water resistance for toning, cardiovascular development and stretching.  These classes run in correspondence with Colby Community College semesters.  Each semester costs $50.  Spring Semester runs from January to May and Fall Semester runs from September to December.  These classes are Monday and Thursday night from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Colby Community College pool.  Summer Session is the months of June and July.  These classes are held Monday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Summer Session Cost is $30.
